Service Description

I teach a weekly/bi weekly class on local foraging with an emphasize on invasive plants and how to identify and process them. We learn about the seasons, how to read the forest floor and my personal philosophy on responsible gathering here in Hawaii. We don’t harvest native plants and keep in mind these are minimum 2 mile hikes in muddy terrains.
